Survey Party Chief
We are seeking a Survey Party Chief who can work in both field and office environments.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Current active projects in various stages of construction include single-family sub-divisions, multi family complexes and commercial developments
- Topographic surveys, boundary surveys and subsidence studies round out the majority of the other frequent tasks
- Most projects are local to North San Diego County, Southwest Riverside County and greater area of San Diego
What’s a fit for us?
- Background or education in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying
- Experienced in robotics and GPS survey equipment
- LIST or LS a plus
- Have good communication skills
- Experienced in Boundary, Topographic, ALTA surveys and Construction Staking
- Minimum three years of experience as Party/Crew Chief
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record
