The 89-unit single family residential subdivision sits at the west side of the northern end of Las Posas Road in San Marcos. The project required approval of General Plan Amendment to change the site’s existing land use designation, adoption of Specific Plan and approval of Tentative Subdivision Map, Grading Variance, Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Plan, and an Environmental Impact Report.

Our Services
Excel Engineering supported all the entitlements for the raw land to entitled site. The team also completed the site grading plans, improvement plans, utilities design and final mapping.  The project is scheduled to go to construction the first quarter of 2021.
