A corner record was required to establish a property’s boundaries, without having to file a record of survey and saving a client thousands of dollars. This can be difficult due to lack of evidence of existing monuments. Excel Engineering was tasked with re-establishing the boundary for the subject parcel, developing a record and submitting this for the project.
