A family trust needed a boundary adjustment for land use to create single-family dwellings. The challenge of a boundary adjustment is to ensure the lot conforms to legal lot sizes, legal access for road and utility and conform to local zoning ordinances. Difficulties can arise such as setback for existing and new buildings, and septic locations within the existing properties.
