The SC Hotel needed a record of survey to set up a boundary for a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott on Carlsbad Village Drive.
Our Services
This projects challenge was because of Carlsbad Village Drive not being parallel to Highway 1. Their alignments had to be resolved from older recorded deeds, due to lack of monumentation and conflicting maps. Excel Engineering was able to successfully survey, map and record the boundary accurately for the new hotel to be developed.
