The 80-acre Rockport Ranch in Menifee will be a subdivision of 305 single-family homes and open-space amenities, including two lakes, trails, a community pool, playgrounds, and outdoor barbeque stations. “This is an important project for Menifee because it will provide additional residential housing inventory to meet demand in our growing city,” said Mayor Pro Tempore Lesa Sobek.
Lennar, the developer of the Rockport Ranch neighborhood brought in Excel Engineering to provide all the mapping and engineering for the project.
Our Services
Excel Engineering is currently surveying and providing construction staking for the project. Rough grading for the site almost complete and utilities are currently under construction.
