Caprice and Sentina at Mission Grove is a collection of attached townhomes and detached single family condos located in San Marcos on Mulberry Drive in the City of San Marcos.

Excel Engineering provided land planning, civil engineering and surveying services for the project entitlements which included project visuals, specific plan support, preliminary grading plans, technical drainage and water quality studies and more.
The project included the design solution for a major drainage system that traversed the site which made the project challenging, yet Excel Engineering was able to overcome this constraint designing a cast in place drainage system utilizing the surface of the system as a linear park through the project that also contained much of the water quality systems for the project.
Excel Engineering also provided all construction documents, project mapping, BRE documents and construction surveying for the project.
